FB Division
In this 2-year Food & Beverage Program, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage daily operations across various areas within the Food and Beverage Division, while also developing strong management and entrepreneurial abilities. The program also emphasizes strategies and techniques to maintain high standards of hygiene in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
In the Certificate IV program, students are required to complete the first two semesters on campus, focusing on theoretical foundations and skill development. This is followed by a six-month on-the-job training placement within the industry, providing valuable hands-on work experience. Upon completion of the internship, students are required to return to campus to complete their final semester (Semester IV).
Graduates of this program can pursue careers including: F&B Supervisor, Cook Helper, Commis (Hot Kitchen & Cold Kitchen), Pastry & Bakery Staff, Waiter/Waitress and Bartender
