Butler
The high demand for Professional Butler The Butler program at Kaniva International opens up significant career opportunities for its graduates. Our alumni have consistently demonstrated their ability to pursue successful careers as professional butlers in various international hotels and resorts.
Butler's major will teach students a variety of techniques buttling and the secret to being a professional Butler, who can communicate well, and is able to work efficiently in a fast work rhythm.
Butler skills are not complete without English language skills. In General English and English for FO classes, students will get a lot of practice in speaking communicative English.
What will you learn?
- Communicate effectively (face to face, telephone, basic English), build relationships with guests, and provide reception, reservation, food, beverage and butler services.
- Implementing occupational health and safety procedures, first aid, child protection, and creating a safe workplace.
- Carrying out administrative procedures, searching and managing computer data, and operating reservation systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers, and adapt to diverse social environments.
- Developing hospitality industry knowledge and promoting products/services to customers.
- Reading instructions and using spoken language to exchange information in a hotel context.
