Program Bartender & Mixology Program at Kaniva International is designed to prepare students to become professional bartenders equipped with technical skills, creativity, and service standards that meet the demands of the hospitality industry. Throughout the program, students will study a wide range of essential topics, including an introduction to various types of spirits and beverage ingredients, fundamental mixology techniques, the preparation of cocktails and mocktails, and bar operations commonly applied in hotels, restaurants, lounges, and other beverage-related industries.
