Room Division
This program explores how the quality of service within different departments contributes to the overall success of accommodation management. Students will gain in-depth knowledge, hands-on practical skills, and critical problem-solving capabilities essential for the hospitality and accommodation industry.
In the Certificate IV program, students are required to complete the first two semesters on campus, focusing on theoretical foundations and skill development. This is followed by a six-month on-the-job training placement within the industry, providing valuable hands-on work experience. Upon completion of the internship, students are required to return to campus to complete their final semester (Semester IV).
Graduates from this program can pursue careers at Supervisory Level Front Office and Housekeeping.
